Job Description Role & Responsibilities - Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules including Idea, Demand, Project, Program, and Portfolio Management. - Configure and support Resource and Time Tracking and Financial Planning (if enabled). - Work with Agile 2.0 elements such as Scrum Programs, Epics, and Stories. - Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side scripts. - Integrate SPM with related modules such as ITBM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM. - Build dashboards and reports to track portfolio performance, project health, and resource utilization. - Conduct unit testing, support UAT activities, and prepare deployment documentation. - Support data migration efforts including import sets and transform maps. - Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
