Job Purpose The Shop Salesman will be responsible for attending to customers understanding their requirements showcasing products assisting in sales and maintaining a pleasant shopping experience Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Maintain proper display cleanliness and arrangement of items in the shop Handle billing cash UPI transactions and basic computer entries Achieve daily weekly sales targets Maintain customer relationships for repeat business Keep track of stock levels and inform management of shortages Key Skills Competencies Good communication and customer-handling skills Presentable and well-mannered personality Basic computer literacy billing MS Office email Sales-oriented and proactive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Qualifications Experience Minimum SSLC Plus Two Experience in retail shop sales preferred freshers may also apply Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
