Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services in aquaculture water treatment and technology solutions Identify new business opportunities with government institutional and industrial clients Manage branding advertising and promotional campaigns across digital and offline platforms Plan and execute lead generation activities through exhibitions trade fairs and digital marketing Build and maintain strong relationships with clients channel partners and stakeholders Supervise preparation of marketing content brochures videos and presentations Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine strategies Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure alignment of marketing and business goals Handle proposal writing tender participation and bid support for government institutional projects Track and report marketing ROI and performance metrics Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field MBA preferred 4-8 years of proven experience in marketing and business development experience in aquaculture biotech pharma water treatment or related industries is a plus Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools SEO Google Ads LinkedIn social media Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a small team Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and marketing analytics Strong business acumen with a result-driven approach Job Type Full-time Pay 12 041 75 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
