Role Overview: As a Creative/Strategy Copywriter, you will play a key role in shaping the brand story, developing captivating content, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and digital channels. You will collaborate with the brand, design, and video production teams to bring creative ideas to life, making TrackWizz’s brand communication impactful and engaging. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and trend awareness to develop social media content, ad copy, video scripts, and brand messaging that resonates with our audience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the brand voice document, conducting creative reviews and brainstorming sessions, and staying updated with the latest content trends. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Storytelling & Messaging: - Take forward the brand story that aligns with TrackWizz’s vision and values, via social media content and frequent posts across platforms. Develop brand narratives, taglines, and messaging frameworks that enhance brand recall. - Maintain and update the brand voice document, ensuring consistency across all communications. 2. Content Creation & Copywriting: - Write engaging media ad copies, social media posts content, emailers, and other marketing collateral. - Develop social media content that drives engagement and aligns with TrackWizz’s brand tone, with a special focus on video content such as Reels - Create long-form and short-form video scripts for marketing, product storytelling, and brand campaigns. - Ensure content is clear, persuasive, and strategically aligned with the company’s goals. 3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: - Work closely with the brand and design teams to conceptualize marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the video and motion graphics teams to bring written ideas to life visually. - Partner with performance marketing teams to optimize ad copy for better conversions. 4. Content Strategy & Brand Voice Management: - Maintain a content strategy roadmap that aligns with business objectives and marketing plans. - Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s tone, style, and messaging guidelines. - Develop content that resonates with B2B clients, fintech audiences, and regulatory professionals. - Efficiently manage the company’s social handles across all platforms. - Ensure all queries and messages are responded to within the pre-decided TAT 5. Creative Brainstorming & Ideation: - Conduct brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas. - Participate in creative reviews and content workshops to enhance storytelling and messaging. - Continuously experiment with new content formats to keep the brand fresh and relevant. 6. Social Media & Trend Analysis: - Stay updated with social media trends, digital content formats, and audience engagement strategies. - Research and suggest content ideas based on audience insights, industry trends, and competitor analysis. - Experiment with interactive content, AI-driven writing tools, and emerging storytelling techniques.
