Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Recruitment and Onboarding

- Identify, recruit, and onboard vendors to support localization projects efficiently

Vendor Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and reliability

Performance Monitoring and Quality Control

- Track vendor performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards

Rate Negotiation and Budget Optimization

- Negotiate competitive rates and manage budgets to optimize localization costs

Vendor Allocation and Scheduling

- Allocate projects to vendors based on capacity, expertise, and timelines

Compliance and Documentation

- Ensure vendors comply with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation related to vendor engagements

Collaboration with Internal Teams

- Work closely with project managers, quality analysts, and other teams to align vendor deliverables with project goals

Technology and Tools

- Utilize vendor management and localization tools to streamline processes

Crisis Management and Problem Resolution

- Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly to avoid project delays

Vendor Development and Retention

- Implement strategies to develop vendor capabilities and ensure long-term retention

Requirements:

- Experience in localization vendor management or related background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage vendor performance effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts or crises
