*Real Estate & Housing Projects:* Construction and infrastructure development for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

We are seeking an experienced *Civil Foreman* to oversee construction activities for both real estate projects and solar infrastructure, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with safety standards.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

*Real Estate & Housing Projects:*

- Supervise and coordinate all civil works, including site preparation, foundation work, structural construction, and finishing.

- Ensure all construction activities align with project plans, quality standards, and local regulations.

- Manage subcontractors, construction workers, and on-site activities efficiently.

- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

- Oversee the installation of infrastructure, including roads, drainage, and utilities.

*Solar Projects:*

- Lead civil works for ground-mounted and rooftop solar installations, including structural mounting, foundation work, and load assessments.

- Work closely with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure smooth integration of solar panels and power systems.

- Ensure proper excavation, trenching, and cable management for solar installations.

*General Duties:*

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and structural layouts.

- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of construction phases.

- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

- Provide regular progress updates and site reports to project managers.

### *Requirements:*

*Experience:* Minimum *5 years* in *civil construction, with experience in **real estate and solar projects*.

*Education:* Diploma/Degree in *Civil Engineering* or a related field.

*Technical Knowledge:*

- Strong understanding of *building construction, infrastructure development, and solar mounting structures*.

- Ability to work with *AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction planning software*.

*Leadership Skills:* Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.

*Safety Compliance:* Strong understanding of *HSE regulations and building codes*.

*Language Skills:* Proficient in *English* (both written and spoken).

*Driving License:* *Valid 4-wheel driving license* required for site visits.

Previous experience in *solar EPC projects and real estate development*

Familiarity with *PVsyst, Helioscope, and electrical drawings* (for solar projects)

Knowledge of *structural design principles for housing and commercial buildings*

Preference to candidates with experience in MENA & SADC countries.
