Job Title Chemistry Laboratory Assistant Location Dr K N Modi University Newai Tonk Rajasthan Department School of Sciences Chemistry Department Employment Type Full-Time About Dr K N Modi University Dr K N Modi University DKNMU is a reputed private university located in Newai Tonk Rajasthan committed to excellence in higher education research and innovation The University offers a wide range of programs across disciplines and emphasizes practical learning through modern laboratories and hands-on training Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemistry Laboratory Assistant to support laboratory operations assist faculty and students during experiments and ensure the smooth functioning of the Chemistry laboratories Key Responsibilities Prepare set up and maintain laboratory equipment glassware and chemical reagents for practical classes and experiments Assist faculty and students during laboratory sessions ensuring proper safety procedures are followed Maintain accurate records of chemicals instruments and laboratory inventory Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations in the laboratory Calibrate and troubleshoot basic laboratory instruments Handle waste disposal according to safety standards Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory at all times Support in conducting departmental practical examinations and project work Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualification o B Sc or d pharm in Chemistry preferably with specialization in Analytical Organic or Inorganic Chemistry Experience o Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Laboratory Assistant or Technician in a school college or university chemistry lab o Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply Skills Required Strong understanding of chemistry laboratory practices Knowledge of laboratory instruments and chemical handling Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and a responsible attitude Familiarity with laboratory safety norms and documentation Salary Commensurate with qualifications and experience No bar for deserving candidates How to Apply Interested candidates may apply through Indeed or send their detailed CV to Email hr dknmu org Website www dknmu org Job Type Full-time Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
