Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Serilingampalli for a Construction Sales Manager. The candidate will manage client relationships, actively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and oversee the sales process to meet business goals. This role involves coordinating with project teams, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and provide regular reports on performance metrics. Qualifications - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and convert leads into successful contracts - Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer service aptitude - Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis for informed decision-making - Knowledge of construction industry best practices, project processes, and materials - Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for reports and presentations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; prior experience in construction industry sales is an asset - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment of sales goals with organizational objectives
