Job Description - Oversee the maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal functionality. - Implement industry-leading TPM standards and practices while keeping factory 4.0/5.0 concepts in line - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical or instrumentation issues promptly. - Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and improvements. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. - Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery. - Provide technical guidance to the operations team as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Maintenance Leader should have: - A degree in Electrical, EEE, Instrumentation Engineering or any relevant domain - Experience in the FMCG industry, especially in food, beverages and alcohol. - Proven track record of implementing TPM practices and standards - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical and instrumentation systems. - Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - A proactive approach to equipment maintenance and system improvements.
