Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Textile Showroom Manager. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations of the showroom, manage a team of sales staff, ensure excellent customer experiences, and maintain inventory. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, managing store displays, and implementing effective strategies for customer retention and satisfaction. The role requires the ability to motivate the team, resolve customer queries effectively, and ensure the overall smooth functioning of the showroom. Qualifications - Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing Customer Experience. - Proven experience in Sales and achieving sales targets within a retail or showroom environment. - Knowledge and prior experience in managing Showrooms and a keen understanding of showroom operations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with customers. - Organizational and multitasking skills to manage staff, inventory, and showroom activities efficiently. - Background in textiles, fashion, or retail is an advantage. - Masters’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
