Your Role As an Associate General Manager, you will oversee all villa operations, including staff management, vendor relationships, and ensuring guest satisfaction. About You - Develop operational strategies to achieve regional goals. - Oversee the training and development of all staff in the region. - Ensure consistent service delivery across all villas. - Monitor and manage the operational budget. - 8+ years of experience required. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Operations Management. - This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs. Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them - Regional villa management experience. - Strong leadership and team management skills.
