Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a RAN Solution Architect located in Pune/Noida/Chennai/Bengaluru. The RAN Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions, consulting with clients, and integrating various software and hardware components. The role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless business processes and development of robust software solutions. Qualifications - Experience in Solution Architecture and Consulting - Knowledge in Software Development and Integration - Understanding of Business Processes - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field - Experience in the telecommunications industry is a Must. You are responsible for the end-to-end technical strategy for Radio Networks (Public Private & Fixed), turning market opportunities and customer challenges into deployed, high-performance reality. Key Responsibilities: - Customer-Centric Analysis: Uncover the why behind the what by analyzing customer business environments, requirements, and pain points. - End-to-End Solution Crafting: Define, design, and detail commercially compelling technical offerings and architectures. - Technology Evangelism: Select and advocate for the right technology and equipment to build future-proof, high-capacity networks. - Stakeholder Symphony: Orchestrate collaboration between operators, vendors, and internal teams for flawless integration. - From Proposal to Production: Develop winning technical proposals, support deployment, and provide critical feedback to shape future R&D. - Drive Innovation: Champion new technologies and automation, constantly seeking ways to optimize performance and efficiency. - Knowledge Sharing: Act as a mentor and thought leader, building team competency and disseminating knowledge on emerging trends.
