Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment using Siemens Teamcenter. You will play a critical role in aligning technology with business goals, driving innovation, and ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design Teamcenter PLM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Lead implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Teamcenter modules including BOM Management, Workflow, Change Management, and CAD integrations.
- Integrate Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex PLM-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Teamcenter implementation and architecture.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter modules and tools: BMIDE, ITK, SOA, AWC, RAC.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C++, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of PLM best practices and digital thread concepts.
- Certifications in Teamcenter or PLM systems.
