If you are passionate about customer service, have good communication skills, and want to grow in the insurance industry, we would love to meet you Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries on policy details, renewals, and claims. - Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for insurance plans. - Maintain accurate data in CRM and coordinate with internal teams. - Achieve service quality and retention targets.
