Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Cluster Head City Head - Two-Wheeler Loans to lead sales and business operations across key markets The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in two-wheeler loan sales a strong dealer DSA network and proven experience in managing large teams This role requires strategic thinking business acumen and the ability to drive growth while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities - Business Growth P L Ownership Drive sales and disbursements of two-wheeler loans across assigned cities while ensuring profitability and market share growth - Dealer Channel Management Identify onboard and strengthen partnerships with dealers DSAs and channel partners to maximize lead generation and conversions - Team Leadership Lead mentor and manage sales managers and field teams ensure consistent performance productivity and capability building - Strategic Planning Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets across the cluster - Market Development Track competitor activities analyze customer trends and explore new business opportunities to strengthen market presence - Operational Excellence Ensure smooth loan processing adherence to TAT Turnaround Time and superior customer service delivery - Compliance Risk Management Ensure strict adherence to credit policies documentation standards and RBI regulations - Reporting Reviews Provide regular business updates MIS and performance dashboards to senior management Key Requirements - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Loan Sales Vehicle Financing with strong exposure to multi-city cluster management - Strong network of dealers DSAs and financial channel partners - Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding business targets - Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams - Solid understanding of underwriting collections loan processes and regulatory compliance - Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills - Analytical mindset with ability to drive operational efficiency - Bachelor s degree in business Finance or related field MBA preferred ref updazz com
