Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management: - Drive sales for the entire range of electrical products and solutions. - Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution. 2. Customer Relationship Management: - Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers and territories. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Channel Management: - Develop and manage channel partners to expand market reach. - Monitor channel performance and provide necessary support and training. 4. Promotional Activities: - Organize and conduct sales promotion activities including: - Mega seminars - Technical presentations - Webinars - In-Plant Trainings (IPTs) - Product demonstrations - Promote digital products and solutions to enhance customer engagement. 5. Technical Expertise: - Possess strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems. - Knowledge of Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Protection Relays, Power Factor Improvement equipment, and related technologies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in B2B sales within the electrical industry. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.
