Designation:Digital Operations Intern Duration:6 Months (with Certification upon Completion) Location:Remote (Work From Home) Stipend: Unpaid but Incentivised (On Sales) We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join us asDigital Operations Interns. This internship provides hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, social media management, design workflows, and vendor coordination. You will gain practical experience in managing digital platforms while contributing to real business outcomes. Responsibilities - Manage online inventory and maintain accurate product listings across platforms. - Create and publish engaging social media posts to increase brand visibility. - Design and publish original designs, graphics, and product visuals. - Administer and update the company website (Shopify and other platforms). - Coordinate with vendors for product fulfillment, quality checks, and timely delivery. - Assist in platform management for Shopify and other e-commerce marketplaces. Terms - This is aremote, work-from-homeopportunity. - Interns must have theirown laptop and internet connection(company will not provide). - Flexible working hours with focus on meeting weekly targets and delivering results. - Performance-based Incentivisedstructure. - Sales Commission:Earn upto 5% commission on every sale generated from your efforts along with customer discounts. - Certification:Official Internship Certificate provided after successful completion of 6 months. - Opportunity forconversion into a long-term rolebased on performance. - Practical exposure to running and scaling a digital-first e-commerce business.
