Key Responsibilities: - Represent the company in court, arbitration, and legal hearings. - Advise on legal issues related to business operations, IP, contracts, and dispute resolution. - Draft legal documents and contracts to safeguard company interests. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as an advocate or litigation lawyer. - Strong understanding of corporate, contract, and intellectual property law. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
