Qualifications - Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks - Proficiency in maintaining statutory records and preparing legal documentation - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Competence in drafting and reviewing legal agreements - Relevant qualifications such as a Company Secretary certification and/or background in law, finance, or corporate affairs - Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Experience in working within a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage - Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation
