**Thinkbiz 360** is urgently looking for Company Secretary for one of the chartered Accountancy firm based at Ahmedabad.

**About the role**:
**Job Title** : Company Secretary

**Job Location**: CG Road, Ahmedabad

**Experience** : 1-3 years

**Salary**: As per Industry Standard
- Legal Documentation
- Drafting and verification (Agreements, Contracts, Deeds, MOU, Letters, Misc.)
- Filing of various forms
- Research & Preparation of White Paper
- Company Incorporation, ROC Compliances, Legal & Routine Secretarial Audits.
- MCA Compliances.
- Registration of Firms & ROF Compliances
- RERA Compliances
- Statutory registrations (Trademarks, Professional Tax, Import Export Code, Customs, Industrial Licensing Etc.)
- Drafting and updating of Internal Office Documents, viz. Manuals, SOPs, KRAS, Policies, etc.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
