Maintenance Manger

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations in our WPC UPVC manufacturing plant The ideal candidate should have a strong background in extrusion processes plant utilities preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting specific to the WPC uPVC industry This role requires excellent leadership planning and technical skills to ensure maximum equipment uptime safety and cost-effective maintenance practices Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and supervise all maintenance activities including mechanical electrical and instrumentation tasks Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in extrusion mixing Utilities cutting and packaging lines specific to WPC production Maintain spare parts inventory and procurement in coordination with the procurement department Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and company policies Manage maintenance budget including labor materials and equipment costs Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities Maintain maintenance logs records and reports Installation and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades Education Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered Experience 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant preferably in plastics extrusion or WPC UPVC industry 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role C License is preferred Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical systems electrical systems and PLC-based control systems Familiarity with extrusion lines material handling equipment and plant utilities Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office tools Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Working Conditions Primarily based in the plant environment with regular exposure to machinery noise dust and heat May require extended hours or weekend work during critical breakdowns or plant shutdowns Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Opportunity for career growth within a fast-growing industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
