With a robust portfolio of products such as protection, savings, investments, pensions, and health insurance, HDFC Life helps customers meet their financial needs and goals. The company provides customizable plans with optional benefits called riders and serves over 900 cities and towns in India through its network of approximately 500 branches. HDFC Life also maintains a presence internationally with a liaison office in Dubai. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BANCASSURANCE role located in Jaipur. The responsibilities include working closely with bank employees to promote and sell HDFC Life insurance products directly to customers. The role involves identifying customers financial needs, providing appropriate insurance solutions, maintaining relationships with bank staff, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes preparing periodic sales reports and assisting in customer service to ensure a seamless experience. Qualifications - Skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Target Achievement - Understanding of Financial Services, Insurance Products, and Customer Needs Analysis - Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentational Skills - Capability in Team Collaboration and Building Relationships with Bank Staff - Basic Computer Literacy and Familiarity with CRM Software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred - Experience in the insurance or banking sector is an advantage - Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
