Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery CNC machines welding equipment presses etc Use predictive maintenance tools vibration analysis thermal imaging etc to foresee equipment issues Keep detailed logs of maintenance work and service records 2 Breakdown Maintenance Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production delays Lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure quick effective repairs Root cause analysis of frequent failures and implementing corrective actions 3 Team Management Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks Train staff in equipment handling troubleshooting and safety procedures Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with maintenance protocols 4 Inventory and Spare Parts Management Maintain an optimal inventory of critical spare parts and consumables Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement Reduce costs by managing effective use and stock control 5 Equipment Facility Upkeep Ensure upkeep of fabrication machinery plasma cutters lathes grinders etc Maintain utilities like compressed air systems exhaust systems and lighting Plan and coordinate infrastructure repairs workshop flooring electrical panels etc 6 Safety Compliance Ensure all machinery meets local and international safety standards Implement Lockout-Tagout LOTO and other safety protocols Conduct regular audits and risk assessments 7 Documentation Reporting Maintain logs for equipment maintenance repairs and inspections Generate monthly performance reports downtime analysis cost tracking etc Use CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management System if available 8 Continuous Improvement Propose and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency Collaborate with production and engineering teams for equipment upgrades Analyze trends to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce recurring issue Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
