Position: Application Specialist / Nursing Educator Company: Hemant Surgical Industries Ltd. Location: Mumbai (West & South) Vacancy: 1 Experience: Minimum 2-5 years (Medical/Healthcare industry only) Job Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Specialist / Nursing Educator to join our team. The individual will be responsible for developing and delivering educational training on our medical products to the nursing community and our internal teams. This involves creating detailed lesson plans, providing hands-on training, and ensuring effective communication with all trainees. Key Responsibilities: - Teach courses and provide training to the Nursing fraternity and, Sales Team to make them understand the concept and the benefits of the products. - Incorporate evidence-based research into educational plans, patient treatment plans, and nursing practices. - Develop the KOLs across India and engage them for long-term association with the organisation through various clinical activities. - Serve as a mentor to nurses, and identify growth opportunities and educational needs for practising nurses to engage the hospital nurses effectively. - Promote critical thinking among nurses and show commitment to professional development and lifelong learning. - Updated with the current knowledge, maintain and share the knowledge in the area of expertise. - Providing operational, hands-on and technical knowledge of the device / product to the external customers, like end users, as well as the internal customers. - Creating course curriculum, preparing modules and assigning reading materials that supplement hands-on lectures, workshops and presentations. - Working to train Registered Nursing staff or other medical personnel in the use of the products. - Engage end users in a clinical setting device. Qualifications: - BSC Nursing - ANM & GNM - A strong clinical background is highly preferred Salary: Discussed after the interview based on experience.
