Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sr Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Payer domain for a hybrid work model The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare payer systems driving impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment Responsibilities Lead the analysis and design of payer systems to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements Oversee the implementation of technology solutions that improve payer operations and customer experiences Provide expert guidance on payer domain best practices and emerging trends to internal teams and clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth Conduct thorough assessments of existing payer systems and recommend enhancements to optimize performance Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build knowledge and skills within the organization Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability Identify and mitigate risks associated with payer system implementations and upgrades Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of payer solutions and identify areas for improvement Support the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities in the payer domain Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare payer industry Qualifications Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in the payer domain with a strong understanding of healthcare systems Demonstrate expertise in implementing and optimizing payer technology solutions Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in payer operations
