Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks,

coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth order processing. This role

acts as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to

drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

o Assist sales reps with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups

o Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

Order Management

o Process sales orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely invoicing

o Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for smooth execution

Customer Interaction

o Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly

o Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships

Reporting & Analysis

o Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards

o Monitor team targets and suggest process improvements

Promotional Activities

Help organize trade shows, product demos, and marketing events

Maintain inventory of sales materials like brochures and samples

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
