Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Manager based in Pollachi. Duties include recruiting, training, and overseeing channel partners, implementing promotional activities, and identifying new market opportunities. Additionally, the Channel Manager will collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent client service and ensure alignment with company objectives. Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills - Experience in sales, business development, and team management - Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities - Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and reports of partner activities - Knowledge of the housing finance industry and loan products is a distinct advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to meet sales objectives - Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
