Job Description As a key member of Vialto's Finance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining effective internal controls to support the company's financial integrity. Key Responsibilities - Manage financial accounting and reporting processes, including the consolidation of financial statements. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS. - Develop and maintain robust internal control procedures to guarantee accuracy and compliance. - Monitor and assess financial risks and the effectiveness of internal controls. - Lead financial audits and collaborate with external auditors. - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. - Implement and uphold accounting policies and procedures. - Conduct periodic internal audits to evaluate control effectiveness. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement areas, providing actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis. Qualifications - 45 years of experience with CA qualification, or - 810 years of experience in a Record-to-Report (R2R) role without CA, with strong SAP knowledge.
