Job Description Step into a role of Adverse Media Advisory Analyst- Investment Banking at Barclays, where you'll support screening with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, escalation to the relevant business unit wherever required. You must take responsibility for controlling risk and enhancing controls in connection to your job and areas of responsibility in accordance with rules and regulations. You must follow well defined procedures that may require a range of job routines and make judgement based on practice and previous experience. To thrive in this role, you will need some previous experience in: - AML (Anti Money Laundering) or Fin Crime Operations in BFSI. - CDD (Customer Due Diligence) & EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) PEP, Negative News Screening. - Good to have ACAMS (Certification for Money Laundering). - Understanding for control and risk. - Should have strong business communication skill both written and verbal You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as AML, CDD & EDD, money laundering, rigour procedures, tools & practices, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is based in Noida. Purpose of the role To support Screening with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution, making decisions in line with comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards. Accountabilities - Support with day-to-day screening initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise. - Execution of screening checks on customers, transactions, and other activities to identify potential risks and comply with regulatory requirements. - Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate screening processes. - Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in screening processes. - Development and implementation of screening procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. - Development of reports and presentations on screening performance. - Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in screening Services. - Participation in projects and initiatives to improve screening efficiency and effectiveness.
