Job Description Location: Remote Experience: 13 years Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment efforts and help build a strong pipeline of candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to the hiring strategy. Key Responsibilities - Support the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer management. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. - Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on job boards. - Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Support junior and senior TA team members with special projects or initiatives. Candidate Profile - 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. - Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Eager to learn and grow within a recruitment team. - Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks simultaneously.
