Job Description Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Scope of Work - To support IN IBG COO and IBG business to drive the business policies & process related requirements Key Accountabilities - Responsible for managing and implementing Corporate Banking and SME policies, processes and guidelines with appropriate risk & governance controls - Implement the changes in regulatory & business environment in our policies & processes - Ensure compliance of various policies by RMs and work towards refinement of policy documents and processes - Engage various cross functional stake holders team for timely delivery of set objectives like New Product Approval, Outsourcing Risk Review, Target Market & Risk Acceptance Criteria document, capital efficiency etc - To provide support to frontline staff for Transaction/Product booking or business process related requirements - Work with Risk team to ensure productive collaboration on items related to portfolio monitoring Required Experience - A post graduate or equivalent degree (with experience / understanding of banking and sales) - Computer proficiency (comfortable with MS Office, advanced excel understanding) Core Competencies - Analytical Skill - Audit - Self Motivated - Strong Interpersonal skills - Ability to carry out Senior Management interactions independently DBS India - Culture & Behaviors DBS Is Committed To Building a Culture Where All Employees Are Valued, Respected And Their Opinions Count.
