Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Greet potential customers, build rapport, and understand their needs, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable vehicles. Product Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of vehicle features, models, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed guidance. Vehicle Demonstration: Coordinate and conduct test drives to allow customers to experience the vehicle's capabilities firsthand. Sales Negotiation: Present financing options and negotiate fair and profitable transactions while facilitating the sales process from start to finish. Relationship Management: Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads to build long-term relationships and drive future sales. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards and meet dealership sales goals through effective sales strategies and execution. Paperwork and Administration: Assist with financing, trade-in evaluations, and the completion of all necessary paperwork for a successful sale. Essential Skills and QualificationsCommunication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to listen actively, explain complex information clearly, and build trust and rapport with customers. Negotiation Skills: Effectively manage pricing discussions and reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the customer and the dealership. Customer Service: Provide a high-quality, rewarding customer experience throughout the entire purchasing journey. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and capabilities of the vehicles being sold. Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and the ability to effectively guide customers toward a purchase. Professionalism: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the dealership positively.
