About Our Client

Our client is a Singapore headquartered PE Fund which is looking to expand its India team. They invest in Secondaries PE transactions and Fund of Funds.

Job Description

- Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the private equity space.

- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the fund's goals.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential investments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, and industry partners.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.

- Participate in fundraising activities and contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Principal/VP should have:

- Prior experience of 10-15 years in private equity, growth venture capital or transaction advisory teams of business consulting firms

- Experience of managing multiple transactions end-to-end from sourcing, execution and exits

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial data.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

- A proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive and results-oriented approach to identifying and executing investment opportunities.
