We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and effective stakeholder management. - Work Location: - Madhapur, Hyderabad, India - Work Mode:- Onsite 5 days from Client Office - Specific Needs:- Candidate with Minimum 6 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment. - Lead end-to-end recruitment process: Conduct job scope meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize various channels (ATS, databases, networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates. - Evaluate and assess candidates: Conduct phone interviews, review qualifications, and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates. - Ensure service excellence: Adhere to compliance standards, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and offer consultative solutions to recruitment challenges. - Act as a brand ambassador: Deliver exceptional talent while providing timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle. - Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
