About the Role

We are seeking passionate and driven Technical Recruiters with 28 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. If you are serious about building a strong career in talent acquisition, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
2. Manage the complete recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiations.
3. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
5. Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Skills & Experience
1. 2–8 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
2. Good knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
3. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.).
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines.
6. Proven track record of successful closures in IT hiring.
