Job Description As a Marketing Communications Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our marketing communications strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication campaigns that resonate with our target audience and support our overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. - Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and website. - Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including website content updates, social media profiles, and online listings. - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital graphics. - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners for potential collaborations and PR opportunities. - Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our brand and products. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels. - Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and present findings to management. Qualifications: - Proven 7+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in marketing tools and software. - Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and content. - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
