The ideal candidate will manage inpatient and outpatient care, diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of medical conditions, and coordinate with specialists to deliver holistic patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. - Provide continuous inpatient and outpatient care. - Review and interpret diagnostic and lab reports. - Participate in ward rounds and case discussions. - Supervise junior doctors and nursing staff. - Ensure adherence to NABH and hospital standards. - Maintain proper medical documentation and reporting. Qualifications & Experience: - Qualification: DNB / MD / DM in General Medicine. - Experience: Freshers or experienced doctors may apply. - Registration: State or National Medical Council registration required. - Candidates must be able to speak Malayalam fluently Remuneration & Benefits: - Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications. - Accommodation: Provided by the hospital if required.
