Position: Deputy Manager - Solar O&M Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Location : Gurugram, Haryana Experience: 8 to 10 years (5 years of relevant experience in solar O&M) Key Responsibilities: - Budget preparation, tracking & control for Solar portfolio. - Support BD team for providing O&M costing related inputs - Cost optimization and revenue recovery. - Support PR process in SAP and coordination with SCM for timely issuance of PO. - Coordination for Insurance claims - Coordination for Regulatory, Compliances, M&A, DD, Contracts - Plan and manage special tools required for testing and analyzing Solar projects. - Responsible for managing SAP-MM and PM related requirements. - Spares & Inventory Management, provide Spares & Material report . - Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, Admin & other teams for O&M related issues. - Vendor & Statutory payment support to site team. - Coordinate periodic planning meetings related with SAM. - Identify training need and arranging training as per user requirement. - Responsible for overall Project Purchase, vendor management, Operations, Coordination for customer & vendor billing.
