Business Area SupportSeniority Level Mid-Senior level At Cloudera we empower people to transform complex data into clear and actionable insights With as much data under management as the hyperscalers we re the preferred data partner for the top companies in almost every industry Powered by the relentless innovation of the open source community Cloudera advances digital transformation for the worlds largest enterprises We are dedicated to meeting the learning needs of the Cloudera Support team Our goal is to build a strong and efficient support team by enhancing their role-specific and product-related skills In this role you will leverage your technical expertise and business insight to understand the learning requirements and challenges of the business deliver effective training and strengthen our frontline support team If you are passionate about empowering and developing teams we would love for you to join us As the Senior Support Learning Manager you will Training Needs Assessment Conduct thorough training needs analysis for Product release Technical skill gap Relevance of existing training Role-based Technical training Collaborate with key stakeholders and SMEs to determine training priorities Design and Development Develop comprehensive training programs including course materials manuals e-learning modules and hands-on lab activities Willingness to utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences Ensure training content is up-to-date relevant and aligned with product business standards and organizational objectives Training Delivery Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions workshops and boot camps Collaborate with SMEs to understand the prerequisites for the training in terms of learning and lab setup communicate to the Learners and follow up on prerequisite completion Coordinate with the SMEs Trainers on the lab environment issues and be a liaison between the learners and the Trainers Evaluation and Improvement Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods Analyze training data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaboration and Communication Work closely with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training materials Maintain open communication with team members stakeholders and participants to ensure training initiatives meet their needs and expectations Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall learning and development strategy Promote training programs to increase awareness and accelerate training completion Administration and Reporting Manage the logistics of training programs including scheduling coordination and participant communication Maintain accurate records of training activities participant progress and evaluation results Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for management review Create and maintain JIRAs for tracking and managing training programs Were excited about you if you have Education Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Cloudera Support team Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred Skills and Competencies Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Technical proficiency in relevant software and tools e g programming languages software applications Personal Attributes Highly motivated and results-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Flexibility in working hours to accommodate training schedules and time zones of participants What you can expect from us Generous PTO PolicySupport work life balance withFlexible WFH PolicyMental Physical Wellness programsPhone and Internet Reimbursement programAccess to Continued Career DevelopmentComprehensive Benefits and Competitive PackagesEmployee Resource GroupsCloudera is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex pregnancy sexual orientation gender identity national origin age protected veteran status or disability status LI-AB1 LI-hybrid
