Role Description

This is an immediate requirement for a full-time role for a Site Engineer- Civil with minimum 0 to 2 years of experience (freshers are welcome).

The candidate must be based out of Ernakulam (others please excuse). The candidate is required to travel to the on-going project sites (in and around Ernakulam) and should own a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Visits: Supervise the works at on-going project sites and report to the Project Manager
- Project Planning: Prepare project plans, provide work progress reports, and oversee and coordinate the various works and teams at the project sites
- Project Handling: Undertake execution and management of projects from concept to completion, including site escalations
- Client Interaction: Ability to effectively communicate concepts to clients
- Material Selection: Knowledge and understanding of the various materials and finishes
- Communication Skills: English (Verbal and written), Malayalam (Verbal), Hindi (Verbal)
- Attention to Detail: Paying specific attention to the smallest details for the successful execution and completion of projects
- Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Should be a team player and a fast learner
- Experience working in a team environment and ability to deliver work within the set deadlines
- Projects will be mostly based out of Ernakulam

Qualifications:

- Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar backgrounds
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of work experience in similar job profile
- Sincere, honest & hardworking
- Attention to detail and process-oriented
- The candidate should be based out of Ernakulam, Kerala
- The candidate should be willing to join immediately
- Should have a valid driving license
- Should own a two-wheeler
