Required Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in project delivery and management. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. - Proficiency in project management tools and software (eg, MS Project, JIRA, Trello). - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: - Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements.
