Job Role: Desktop Support Engineer (Experienced)

Experience:1 year

No Of Positions: 202

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office Client locations)

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days max.

Education: Any degree / B.E. / B.Tech./MCA/BCA/B.Sc.I.T./B.Sc.C.S./ associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Skills required: Desktop Installation, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Windows 10, or any higher OS.

Job Requirement:

Good Communication & interpersonal Skill

Good in MS-Office applications (Excel, MS-word etc.)

Desktop Support Knowledge.

Thorough knowledge of End User diagnosis, troubleshooting, installation.

Experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.

System installations, upgrades, and maintenance procedures to prevent service outages.

Understanding of ERP and educating customer and resolving any challenges.

Technical support and general hardware troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktop.

Job Responsibilities:

Solution configuration, creation of repositories, master data entry and troubleshooting.

Provide training and handholding support to the users on regular basis.

IT infrastructure support for edge devises installed at the facilities.

Co-ordination with business analyst / software developers for any customization or issue resolving.

Co-ordination with project manager / sales team for any escalations.

Create a knowledge bank of frequent issues/ challenges being faced during and after implementation.

Generate MIS Reports for clients and internal circulation.

Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of desktop systems and data.

Working Environment/Conditions:

Deputation at BMC Hospitals.

Rotating shifts for Male candidates.

Week-off could be any day of the week (will be fixed and decided).

6 working days per week.

Minimum 54 working hours per week.

Will need to support Doctors and Para-Medical Staff.
