Desktop Support Professional

  • Identifying and resolving network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication
  • Providing expert advice on software and hardware upgrades to improve system performance
  • Delivering basic training on computer operation and management to ensure users are proficient
  • Managing incidents, changes, and problems through effective problem-solving skills
  • Having a solid understanding of SAP, Microsoft, software, hardware, and networking concepts
  • Developing knowledge of networks, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Cloud backup solutions
