Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Architect - Software Development, Product Owner - Agentic AI

In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and monitoring product development.

- Product development, stakeholder and communications management, Interpret customer requirements, agile methodology, manage backlog, JIRA, Confluence,

- Gather information from multiple sources and simplify it for different teams as per requirement.

- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into application and operational requirements with strong analytical skills.

- Serve as an intermediary between internal-external customers and R&D teams through which requirements flow.

- Maintain documentation, briefing papers, reports, and executive presentations as needed.

- Support the training and coaching of professional and technical staff.

- Manage product backlog in agile methodology.

- Investigate new technologies to incorporate into our products.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

- Academic degree in relevant discipline.

- Extensive experience in:

- Writing functional design documents.

- Working with agile methodology and managing agile operations.

- Leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis.

- Experience handling complicated software products/projects.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

- Good customer-facing skills, including presentation skills.

- Enthusiastic and a quick learner.

- Good technology and software architecture understanding.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Previous experience in a similar role within a product-based company.

- Familiarity with AI-first SaaS products.

- Additional certifications in Agile or Product Management.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
