s degree in Business Administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in customer relationships and financial management Previous experience in handling Plant IT support for multiple locations Capacity to navigate budgetary considerations and allocate resources effectively Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong customer relationships Blend of technical expertise strategic vision and interpersonal finesse essential for success in the role Experience in Customer Satisfaction CSAT and CSAT enhancements Compliance Adherence and Audit Support Handling of to GxP FDA and other regulatory audit support for Plant IT Experience in Escalation Management and Swift remediation Experience in Computer System Validation CSV GxP Non-GxP Assessment GAMP 5 eCompliance Chromatography Data System CDS CAPA Change Management 21 CFR Compliance EU GMP Annex 11 Data integrity GMP Bachelor s Degree Preferred Skills and ExperienceITIL Certification e g ITIL
