If you love travel, enjoy meaningful conversations, and have a knack for creating seamless guest experiences, this role is for you What You'll Do - Be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them via phone, email, and chat to find and book the perfect getaway. - Understand guest preferences and guide them through our unique collection of vacation homes. - Manage reservations, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring a smooth booking process. - Coordinate with property owners to accommodate guest requests and special requirements. - Maintain up-to-date property details, availability, and rates in our reservation system. - Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and enhance their future experiences. - Monitor booking trends and contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and occupancy rates. What We're Looking For - A passionate learner with 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you should love engaging with people. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. - Basic understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But a Plus) - Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, or the travel industry. - Familiarity with CRM systems and reservation platforms. - Knowledge of India's travel landscape and vacation rental market.
