Market Intelligence Gather and share market insights, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Suggest improvements in products, services, or sales strategies based on feedback. 6. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate sales records, client contact details, and follow-up schedules. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. Track sales performance against set targets and KPIs. Skills and Competencies Technical & Product Knowledge Deep understanding of the products/services being sold. Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and Microsoft Office tools. Communication & Persuasion Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to engage customers and convey product benefits convincingly. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
