Alignment and Governance: - Ensure consistency and alignment between the company and partners, including global partner programs and KPI standards. Partnership Initiatives and Optimization: - Own partnership initiatives, including training, contracts, marketing, data management, and optimization efforts to maximize goals. Market Research and Insights: - Stay updated on market trends, competition, and clients through continuous research. Prospective Partner Identification and Target Setting: - Identify key prospective strategic partners and creators. - Set personal targets and execute partnership activities accordingly. Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work with cross-functional teams to advocate for partners and overcome obstacles by providing solutions and alternatives. Marketing and Sales Understanding: - Demonstrate a broad understanding of marketing and sales activities and tactics. Effective Communication and Needs Assessment: - Communicate effectively with prospective partners to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare and submit timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including revenue trends and performance metrics.
