A Medical Representative promoting services is responsible for creating awareness and driving demand for healthcare services offered by hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers. The role focuses on educating healthcare providers about the services available and building long-term partnerships

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Service Promotion**

Promote healthcare services such as diagnostics, consultations, surgeries, or wellness programs to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Explain the benefits, quality standards, and unique aspects of the services offered.

**2. Relationship Building**

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, and decision-makers.

**3. Market Development**

Identify potential clients and opportunities for collaboration.

Conduct presentations, seminars, or workshops to demonstrate the services offered.

**4. Sales and Target Achievement**

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for service promotion and referrals.

Encourage referrals to the organization’s services through consistent follow-up and communication.

**5. Competitor Analysis**

Stay updated on competing services and market trends.

Provide insights to the management for strategic decision-making.

**6. Customer Support**

Address inquiries and resolve concerns from healthcare professionals regarding the services.

Ensure smooth onboarding of doctors and clinics into referral systems.

**7. Reporting and Documentation**

Maintain detailed records of visits, interactions, and referral patterns.

Submit regular performance reports to the management team.

**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex healthcare services in simple terms.

Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.

**Experience**:
Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare-related roles is preferred.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
