Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Design Creation: Develop original jewelry designs that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Create detailed sketches, CAD models, and prototypes. - Research & Inspiration: Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the jewelry industry. Draw inspiration from various sources to create innovative designs. - Material Selection: Select and source appropriate materials, gemstones, and metals for designs. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality and suitability of materials - Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their preferences and requirements for custom jewelry pieces. Present design concepts and incorporate feedback into final designs. - Quality Control: Ensure that all designs meet the company's quality standards and specifications. Conduct thorough checks of finished pieces to guarantee craftsmanship and durability. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in jewelry design. Experience with CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix) is highly desirable. - Skills: Strong artistic and creative skills, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in sketching and using design software. - Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes. Understanding of current jewelry trends and market demands.
